Power BI Developer

Description

We’re looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience building and delivering interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to collect data requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Enhance Power BI data models to improve performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation for reports and dashboards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting Power BI reports and data sources.
• Lead training sessions for end-users to strengthen their proficiency with Power BI tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to build calculated columns and measures.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and cleansing.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects.
