Senior Developer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan PKMS to design, build, configure, and improve warehouse management and supply chain solutions. In this role, you will create scalable applications and integrations that increase inventory visibility, strengthen warehouse productivity, improve order fulfillment accuracy, and support end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software components using Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan PKMS.
• Configure and customize warehouse management modules for receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, cartonization, and shipping.
• Create integrations between Manhattan platforms and enterprise applications to support accurate inventory visibility and smooth order processing.
• Convert warehouse and supply chain requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Enhance application performance to handle high-volume warehouse transactions and increase system throughput.
• Investigate production problems, conduct root cause analysis, and apply long-term corrective solutions.
• Assist with platform upgrades, enhancements, deployments, and system validation.
• Apply data validation, error handling, and logging practices to improve application reliability.
• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and operations teams to verify solutions against real warehouse workflow expectations.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, configuration documentation, and deployment guides.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and deliver knowledge transfer to other team members.

Required Qualifications

• 7–9 years of progressive development experience in warehouse management or supply chain technology.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Manhattan SCALE and Manhattan PKMS.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Understanding of supply chain activities, inventory movements, order lifecycles, and replenishment.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in application integration, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with hybrid teams spanning both technology and business functions.

Preferred Certification

Manhattan Associates certification in warehouse or supply chain solutions, or an equivalent platform-specific certification.
