Primary Duties:

• Develop and implement performance test strategies utilizing Load Runner and JMeter.
• Examine test results to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Work in conjunction with development teams to incorporate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to guarantee optimal application performance.
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation detailing test findings and suggestions.

Essential Qualifications:

• BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2-9 years of experience in performance testing, with expertise in Load Runner and JMeter.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret test results and identify performance challenges.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience using Dynatrace for monitoring application performance.
• Demonstrated success in performance testing within complex software environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve application performance.
• Excellent communication skills to convey test outcomes and recommendations clearly.
