Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Develop and implement test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts specifically for PEGA applications
• Conduct Functional Regression, System Integration, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Verify PEGA workflows, business rules, case management processes, decision tables, and SLAs
• Evaluate PEGA applications for workflow routing, case lifecycle management, and business process automation
• Execute API and web service testing for PEGA integrations
• Perform database validation and data reconciliation testing
• Track, log, and retest defects until resolution
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams to address issues
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Compile test execution reports and quality metrics

• Core skills include Technology Package Testing and PEGA Testing
