SFDC Test lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct Salesforce testing initiatives across various projects and releases
• Establish test strategies, detailed test plans, test scenarios, and approaches for test execution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, and project managers
• Examine business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Supervise Functional Regression, System Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing processes
• Verify Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, approval processes, and integrations
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and monitor the resolution of defects
• Oversee testing deliverables, status reporting, risk evaluations, and communications with stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members, ensuring compliance with testing best practices
• Champion test automation projects and promote continuous improvement efforts
