IT Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive testing processes for applications and platforms utilizing PEGA technology
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and approaches for test execution
• Engage with Business Analysts, PEGA Developers, Architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Examine user stories, business requirements, and design specifications to assess test coverage
• Coordinate Functional Integration, System Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing efforts
• Assess PEGA workflows, case management procedures, business rules, decision tables, and integrations
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and monitor defects until resolution
• Guarantee that test deliverables align with project deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members on best practices for PEGA testing
• Create test reports, dashboards, metrics, and quality KPIs for stakeholders
