Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Palantir Technology Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of data-centric solutions utilizing Palantir and Palantir Foundry platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to construct scalable data pipelines, dependable ETL workflows, and reusable data products that enable informed business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess robust technical skills in data engineering, solution architecture, data quality management, and platform delivery. Additionally, they should have the capability to mentor engineering teams and oversee comprehensive project execution from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Palantir and Palantir Foundry solutions, from initial requirements analysis to deployment in production environments.
• Architect scalable and maintainable data solutions that align with organizational needs.
• Develop, refine, and sustain ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, lineage, and dataset integrity across all projects.
• Identify and resolve pipeline failures, optimize performance, and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Create reusable data products, standardized datasets, and transformation workflows to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and platform specialists to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide mentorship to engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for technical excellence.
• Support ongoing production monitoring, incident management, system performance tuning, and release processes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Practical experience working with Palantir and Palantir Foundry platforms.
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles, ETL methodologies, and data pipeline architecture.
• Proficiency in data transformation, integration techniques, and developing reusable data products.
• Knowledge of data quality standards, governance frameworks, access control mechanisms, and data lineage tracking.
• Strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering and supporting production-level data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Foundry-based data products and implementing scalable transformation patterns.
• Familiarity with production operations, pipeline monitoring, incident response, and release management processes.
• Experience working within distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.

Educational Background

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. degrees are acceptable qualifications.
