Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Specialist: SAP GRC, you will implement and maintain SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions that enable effective risk management, compliance, and audit activities. You will partner with business stakeholders, risk management teams, and other IT groups to ensure SAP GRC integrates smoothly with other SAP solutions and third-party applications.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Implement SAP GRC Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain SAP GRC solutions for risk management, compliance, and audit processes, ensuring the approach aligns with business requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Coordinate with business stakeholders, risk management teams, and other IT teams to ensure SAP GRC is seamlessly integrated with other SAP systems and third-party applications.
• Deliver Security Approach: Help execute the client’s security approach across complex SAP landscapes and deliver the SAP security approach, including creation and testing of authorization profiles.
• Analyze Reports: Examine and interpret reports from SAP GRC Access Control, then develop recommendations to strengthen risk management and compliance processes.
• Provide Expert Advice: Provide guidance on security approach, governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations for SAP GRC Access Control modules to project teams.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to SAP GRC Implementation: Hands-on experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, including design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance to support risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
• SAP Security Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP security approaches, including authorization profiles, security reviews, and configuration of SAP GRC Access Controls modules.
• Risk Management Expertise: Exposure to risk management concepts, compliance frameworks, and audit processes, including how SAP GRC solutions enable these functions.
• Technical Integration Skills: Experience integrating SAP GRC with other SAP systems and third-party applications, ensuring reliable functionality and data exchange.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to review and analyze SAP GRC Access Control reports, identify improvement opportunities, and propose recommendations to enhance risk management and compliance processes.

• SAP Security Configuration: Exposure to configuring SAP GRC Access Controls modules, including security reviews and authorization profiles, to support the client’s security approach.
• Compliance Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations related to SAP GRC Access Control modules, supporting effective advisory to project teams.
• Risk Analysis Techniques: Exposure to reviewing and analyzing SAP GRC Access Control reports, with the capability to develop recommendations to improve risk management and compliance processes.
