Senior Manager Technology | Python

Publicis Sapient is seeking skilled Python Developers to become vital members of our innovative team of thinkers and enablers. In this role, you will leverage your analytical, technical, and creative talents to design and develop infrastructure interfaces for sophisticated business applications. You will craft and coordinate agentic, GenAI-driven workflows that revolutionize client operations — from data ingestion and enrichment to intelligent, large language model (LLM)-powered automation. • Design and orchestrate agentic workflows utilizing LangChain and LangGraph to deliver scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions.
• Create reusable modules for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation to streamline project delivery.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and traceability across AI workflows to ensure robust, enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Implement performance monitoring with tools like LangSmith and apply tuning strategies to enhance agent accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Deploy and sustain Python-based GenAI services in production environments, utilizing Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for consistent and reliable releases.
• Design secure API communication protocols and access controls, employing JWT, OAuth, and RBAC to protect sensitive client data.
• Utilize NLP, LLM, and retrieval techniques—such as vector stores and embeddings—to develop context-aware, intelligent client solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge of Python (OOP, data structures, error handling) with practical experience using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel, particularly in building agent orchestration, memory management, and tool-integration workflows.
• Proficiency with Python API frameworks like Flask or FastAPI, along with experience using IDEs such as VSCode and PyCharm.
• Working familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, handling time-series data, and designing data models and schemas.
• Basic experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as exposure to vector databases such as FAISS or Chroma, and embedding-based retrieval methods.
• Competence in deploying applications on AWS Cloud Services, along with practical knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of security and access management protocols including JWT, OAuth, and RBAC, ensuring secure API interactions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on GenAI, CoPilot, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Knowledge of marketing data models and real-time customer journey analytics.
• Exposure to advanced NLP, LLMs, and retrieval frameworks beyond core requirements.
