SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management modules, including CS, SM, and S/4 Service functionalities.
• Proven expertise in managing Service Orders, Service Contracts, Resource-Related Billing (RRB), and billing system integration processes.
• Solid background in service planning, scheduling, logistics execution, and data migration activities within SAP environments.
• Knowledgeable in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) and RISE with SAP offerings.
• Experience working with SAP Fiori applications, OData APIs, and integrating with modules such as PM, SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Understanding of Field Service Management (FSM), along with familiarity in analytics and AI-enabled service functionalities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to produce detailed functional documentation.
