Your Role And Responsibilities

In the role of Package Consultant with a focus on Workday Integrations, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the integration of Workday with various software systems. This will necessitate a comprehensive understanding of both the Workday platform and the external systems involved. You will take the lead in the planning, design, and execution of integrations tailored to meet the business needs of clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Implement Integration Solutions: Design, create, and deploy integration solutions that connect Workday with other software systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and alignment with client business objectives.
• Lead Planning and Design: Oversee the planning and design of the integration framework, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate a smooth integration experience.
• Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver ongoing support and maintenance following implementation, addressing any emerging issues to ensure the integration continues to fulfill client requirements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively and work alongside both technical and non-technical stakeholders to guarantee successful integration project results.
• Develop and Test Code: Write, conduct unit testing, and deploy code that supports integration needs, adhering to industry best practices and quality standards.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Workday Platform: Knowledge of the Workday platform, including its architecture, data structures, and integration features, to effectively design and implement integration solutions.
• Experience with Integration Development: Proficiency in integration development principles, including data mapping, interface design, and testing, to create and implement integration solutions linking Workday and other software systems.
• Understanding of External Systems: Acquaintance with the external systems being integrated with Workday, including their data structures, APIs, and integration protocols, to facilitate seamless data interchange.
• Coding and Unit Testing: Proven experience in writing, unit testing, and deploying code to meet integration specifications, adhering to quality standards and best practices.
• Collaboration with Technical Stakeholders: Familiarity with working alongside technical stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and effectively conveying technical information to ensure successful integration outcomes.
