Job Title: PMT – Prospect Mapping

Location: Hyderabad (No Relocation)

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months (Contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements)

Preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

Working Hours: 2 – 11 PM IST

The Associate in the Prospect Mapping Team is integral to enhancing Deloitte's talent acquisition strategy by providing expert prospect mapping and talent data management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Mapping & Name Generation:
• Carry out and complete intricate prospect mapping tasks, ensuring the precise alignment of incoming talent profiles from various sources (Talent Networks, Culture & Experience, career fairs, third-party lists) to the relevant Deloitte Businesses, Business Areas, and Business Lines within Avature CRM.
• Event Services & Talent Insights:
• Assist Sourcing and Recruiting teams during Virtual career events by efficiently managing pre- and post-event tasks such as validating lists, sending invitations, setting up booths, and tracking registrants post-event to align them with suitable businesses. Respond to and fulfill research requests to deliver talent insights, compensation intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Provide high-quality leads, research insights, and accurately map external inbound profiles to the correct businesses, maintaining superior standards of data integrity, consistency, and adherence to Deloitte protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Technology, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, data management, or recruiting support, demonstrating a clear progression in responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of talent pipeline management and CRM systems (preferably Avature).
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
