Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely communication.
• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp job specifications and develop detailed job descriptions.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from scheduling interviews to negotiating job offers.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally within the US market.
