Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Retail, you will implement and configure SAP Industry Solutions tailored for the retail sector. You will partner with clients to understand their business requirements and then design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions aligned to those needs.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design SAP IS Solutions: Review business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for retail clients, ensuring the proposed approach addresses their specific needs and improves retail operations.
• Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and deliver SAP IS modules, including retail-focused industry capabilities such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce.
• Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships to understand business goals and provide solutions that enhance customer experience and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery, and provide training and ongoing support to clients for SAP IS solutions.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep pace with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product updates to maintain solution fit and competitive value.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to SAP Industry Solutions: Experience working with SAP IS solutions for the retail industry, including configuration and implementation of industry-specific capabilities.
• SAP Module Implementation: Experience with SAP IS modules, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce, including configuration and implementation.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Experience evaluating business requirements to design SAP IS solutions that address client needs and optimize retail operations.
• Client Relationship Development: Experience establishing and sustaining client relationships to understand their business needs and deliver solutions.
• Industry Trend Awareness: Exposure to industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.

• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and its retail applications, including integration with SAP IS solutions.
• Cloud-Based Solutions: Experience implementing cloud-based solutions in retail settings, including SAP Cloud for Retail.
• Data Analytics: Exposure to data analytics tools and methods, including data visualization and reporting, to help optimize retail operations.
