Playwright Test engineer

Primary Duties:

• Design, develop, and sustain automation frameworks utilizing Playwright
• Generate and implement automated testing scripts for web applications
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing
• Create reusable testing components and utilities to enhance automation effectiveness
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to comprehend requirements and establish test scenarios
• Perform cross-browser testing across Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari
• Automate API testing and verify backend integrations
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using defect management tools
• Incorporate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for ongoing testing
• Evaluate test execution outcomes and produce test reports and quality metrics
• Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to initiatives aimed at quality enhancement
