SAP PP Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize comprehensive SAP Manufacturing Processes for enterprise clients.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives within the Manufacturing Workstream, utilizing expertise, including experience in PP object data migration in S/4HANA.
• Facilitate structured client workshops to drive essential design decisions, integrating industry best practices.
• As a Solution Architect, guide the engagement throughout various stages, from identifying problems to diagnosing issues and developing solutions in extensive S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Generate detailed design documents, architecture, and process artifacts to implement solutions and deployment strategies.
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders within client organizations, showcasing thought leadership in process and technology domains.
• Foster and maintain robust client relationships to establish trust as strategic advisors.
• Lead RFx-related activities and sales presentations as necessary.
• Contribute to unit and organizational initiatives as well as Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Technical Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in the SAP Manufacturing domain.
• Proficient in business process knowledge covering topics such as:
• Manufacturing Master Data, Bill of Materials (BoM), Recipes, Routings, Work Centers, etc.
• Production Planning, Demand Management, Sales Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Capacity Planning, Movement of Raw Materials, Goods, and Cost Management.
• Essential integration knowledge with Manufacturing Execution Systems, 3PL, and other planning tools like Manugistics, IBP, Kinaxis, and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience with at least three end-to-end implementation projects in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of Logistics BPML and familiarity with GXP and SOX regulations.
• Experience in conducting business process workshops, Fit/GAP analyses, and post-go-live activities.
• Familiarity with release governance processes and experience with incident management tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience in SAP PP Manufacturing, particularly within the Pharmaceutical Process Industry.
• The candidate will serve as a senior Functional Architect for SAP initiatives, overseeing the engagement from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment for S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
• Lead business transformation efforts, assisting clients in overcoming digitization challenges.
• Play a crucial role in problem definition and overall solution discovery, guiding project teams on processes and deliverables.
• As a thought leader in the manufacturing sector, act as a primary advisor during architecture and design evaluations.
• Lead business pursuit initiatives and facilitate client training and in-house capability development.
• Have the chance to develop value-added consulting solutions that empower clients to adapt to the evolving global landscape.
• S/4HANA Certification is required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP PPDS, SAP IBP, and other industry-leading planning tools.
• Experience with SAP Quality Management and SAP aATP.
• Experience in Deal Pricing Transformation and Deal Estimations.
• Basic ABAP and Fiori technical knowledge to effectively coordinate with technical teams.
• Experience in a Global Delivery Model is advantageous.
