Key Responsibilities:

• An overview of a typical day for an Infoscion
• In your capacity within the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and oversee their implementation, ultimately ensuring client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document while contributing insights related to solution design, leveraging your areas of expertise.
• Your role will involve planning configuration activities, customizing the product according to the design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any queries concerning requirements and solution design.
• You will facilitate product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints and adhere to the organization’s financial policies.
• You will actively lead smaller projects and engage in unit-level as well as organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Capability to formulate value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance business profitability.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities combined with a collaborative mindset.
• Comprehension of financial processes across various project types and an understanding of available pricing models.
• Expertise in assessing current processes, pinpointing areas for improvement, and recommending technology solutions.
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
• Proficient client interfacing abilities.
• Experience in project and team management.
