Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Billing, you will design, develop, and implement billing processes for clients, ensuring smooth integration with their existing systems. You’ll also provide professional guidance to clients on billing and revenue management best practices, using your expertise in SAP HANA Billing solutions.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Develop Billing Processes: Design and develop billing processes, including data mapping, data migration, and testing, to satisfy client requirements and enable successful integration with existing systems.
• Configure SAP HANA Billing: Configure and tailor SAP HANA Billing to align with client requirements, working with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
• Client Engagement and Training: Lead workshops and collect requirements from clients to clarify billing needs, and deliver training and ongoing support for SAP HANA Billing functionality and best practices.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides to help clients understand and adopt SAP HANA Billing solutions.
• Solution Integration: Integrate SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, including SAP ERP and SAP CRM, to provide end-to-end billing solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• SAP HANA Billing Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP HANA Billing for client requirements, including data mapping, data migration, and testing.
• Billing Process Development: Experience designing and developing billing processes, ensuring integration with existing systems, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM.
• Technical Integration: Experience integrating SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, including data migration and testing, to deliver full billing solutions.
• Client Requirements Gathering: Experience running workshops and gathering requirements from clients to understand billing needs and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Technical Documentation Development: Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and user guides to support client understanding and adoption of SAP HANA Billing solutions.
