Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Salesforce CRM solutions, leveraging LWC and integration experience. You will support clients across the full engagement lifecycle—starting from business analysis through system configuration and user adoption—using your knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Design and Implement Solutions: Create customer-specific solutions that address clients' business needs by understanding their unique challenges and applying Salesforce’s extensive capabilities.
• Execute System Testing: Perform system testing, user acceptance, and change management activities to ensure successful delivery and lasting user adoption.
• Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the full process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
• Apply Methodologies: Use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to help maintain an effective software development lifecycle.
• Develop Training Programs: Build training programs that support successful user adoption and sustained use of the implemented solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Salesforce CRM Solution Experience: Demonstrated exposure to designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience, including knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its extensive offerings.
• Agile Methodology Knowledge: Demonstrated exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, including an understanding of how to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
• System Testing and Validation: Experience performing system testing, user acceptance, and change management to support successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Business Analysis and Configuration: Demonstrated exposure to supporting clients with business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption, creating tailored solutions that address their unique business requirements.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Experience working within a software development lifecycle and using methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

• LWC Integration Experience: Demonstrated exposure to building and integrating Lightning Web Components (LWC) with Salesforce CRM solutions to improve user experience and enable customized solutions.
• Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Experience with the Salesforce platform, including its extensive offerings, to create tailored solutions that address clients' unique business needs.
• Agile Methodology Application: Demonstrated exposure to applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies across software development lifecycles to support smooth and effective solution implementation.
