Onsite Technical Program Manager — Data Center Deployment (APAC)

Location: Onsite at active construction and deployment sites across various regions

Travel: Required — frequent visits to sites during construction; extended onsite engagements during active deployment phases

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager onsite, deployment lead, or a similar role in data center construction, cluster bootstrapping, or extensive infrastructure deployments
• Practical knowledge of interpreting and utilizing Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and overseeing cabling and fit-out operations to ensure onsite work aligns with project plans
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex deployments concurrently
• Established capacity to provide genuine technical credibility during readiness assessments
• Experience in managing vendor partnerships and addressing performance issues
• Exceptional communication skills with executives — capable of translating technical complexities into clear, actionable insights
• Willingness and capability to travel frequently and remain onsite for prolonged durations during active deployment phases
