Job Overview:
- We are in search of a seasoned Network SME OSS Principal Consultant who possesses significant expertise in Telecom Network Architecture, OSS Platforms, and Network Transformation.
- This position entails spearheading OSS consulting projects, advancing modernization efforts, outlining target state architecture, and delivering domain expertise in Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, and Network Automation.
- Ideal candidates will have 10 to 15 years of experience in Telecom and OSS, along with a proven history of successfully executing telecom transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Key Duties
- Oversee OSS Consulting Projects and Telecom Transformation Efforts
- Act as the chief Network and OSS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client programs
- Design Target State Architecture, Operating Models, and OSS Roadmaps
- Offer domain expertise in Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, and Network Automation Solutions
- Lead OSS Modernization, Cloud Transformation, and Process Optimization Projects
- Facilitate Business and Technical Workshops with client stakeholders
- Conduct Requirements Discovery, Solution Assessments, Gap Analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist in RFPs, Proposals, Solution Estimations, and Pre-Sales Activities
- Advise delivery teams on Telecom Business Processes, Network Technologies, and OSS Best Practices
- Provide mentorship to Architects, Consultants, and Engineering Teams

Additional Responsibilities:
- Desirable Skills
- Experience with GIS Platforms like ArcGIS, Smallworld, or Utility Network
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience in Network Automation and Orchestration Platforms
- Knowledge of AIOps and Intelligent Assurance Solutions
- Understanding of Kafka, Microservices, and API-Led Architectures
- Exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Knowledge of AI and ML Use Cases in Telecom Operations
- Experience in Network Inventory Consolidation and OSS Transformation Projects
- Certifications such as TOGAF, TM Forum, PMP, SAFe, or Cloud Certifications
