Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to maintain software quality.
• Work with development teams to determine test requirements and develop detailed test plans.
• Review and interpret test results, detect defects, and partner with developers to support timely resolution.
• Regularly improve testing frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and share feedback to strengthen testability and uphold quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BTech, BCA, BE, or BSc.
• Demonstrated experience in QA Automation with a focus on Selenium.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills along with strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java Selenium for building reliable, maintainable test scripts.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proven experience in enhancing testing processes and methodologies.
• Ability to operate in an Agile environment and adjust to evolving requirements.
• Experience in performance and load testing is a plus
