Domestic IT Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of practical experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sourcing, technical assessment, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process for IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete recruitment processes for Domestic IT positions, from sourcing through to onboarding.
• Analyze job descriptions to ascertain the necessary technical skills, experience, location, CTC, and notice period.
• Attract candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other sourcing methods.
• Employ Boolean search and keyword-driven sourcing techniques to find suitable IT candidates.
• Review resumes and perform initial phone screenings to evaluate:
• Technical expertise
• Relevant work experience
• Current/Expected CTC
• Notice period
• Location
• Communication abilities
• Employment history
• Manage hiring needs across various technologies including Java, .NET, Python, AI Skills, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Testing, SAP, ServiceNow, and other IT skill sets.
• Experience in Permanent, Contract, and C2H hiring is highly desirable.
• Deliver quality profiles within the designated TAT.
• Facilitate technical and HR interviews while ensuring candidate availability.
• Engage with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer finalization.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, clients, and internal recruitment teams.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for sourcing, submissions, interviews, and closures.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and develop a talent pool for future needs.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job specifications.
• Proficient sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Familiarity with Boolean search methods.
• Experience in Permanent/C2H/Contract IT hiring is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent candidate follow-up and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend JDs and identify technically suitable profiles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems/ATS.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with backgrounds in IT Recruitment / Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy.
• Proven track record in Domestic IT hiring.
• Hands-on experience in C2H/Contract staffing is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented WFO environment.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Hyderabad.
