Job Description

Publicis Sapient is seeking Python Developers to join a team of bright thinkers and enablers. In this role, you’ll apply your problem-solving mindset, craftsmanship, and creativity to build and deliver infrastructure interfaces that support complex business applications. You will design and orchestrate agentic, GenAI-powered workflows that help shape how our clients operate—covering everything from data ingestion and enrichment to intelligent, LLM-driven automation. Your Impact:

• Create and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to deliver scalable, production-ready GenAI capabilities.
• Build reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation to speed up delivery across projects.
• Maintain reliability, scalability, and traceability across agent workflows to enable dependable, enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Introduce performance monitoring with tools such as LangSmith and use tuning techniques to continuously enhance agent accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy and support production Python-based GenAI services, using Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD tooling to ensure consistent, reliable releases.
• Design secure API communication and access management leveraging JWT, OAuth, and RBAC to help protect sensitive client data.
• Use NLP, LLM, and retrieval methods, including vector stores and embeddings, to develop context-aware, intelligent solutions for clients.
  
  

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures, error handling) with practical experience using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel, including building agent orchestration, memory, and tool-use workflows.
• Proficiency with Python API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI), along with experience using IDEs such as VSCode and PyCharm.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, time-series data, and data modeling and schema design.
• Basic integration experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, plus exposure to vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma) and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services and production deployment practices, including Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of security & access management—JWT, OAuth, RBAC—and secure API communication.

• Prior experience working on GenAI, CoPilot, or RAG-based systems.
• Knowledge of marketing data models and real-time customer journeys.
