Marketing Associate

Position Overview

Assist the B2B marketing team in strategizing and implementing marketing efforts aimed at attracting new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and engaging with key market segments.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and execute industry sponsorship events in collaboration with vendors and agencies
• Coordinate and implement client onboarding roadshows
• Assist the events manager in executing high-priority owned events and initiatives
• Collaborate with the creative team to create and modify marketing materials
• Track and report outcomes post-event
• Provide general support for various marketing projects as required (e.g., coordinating translation requests with external vendors, managing promotional materials)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in events or field marketing
• Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives from conception through execution and analysis
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
• Proficient in using Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
