Your responsibilities will include

• Engaging in a thorough training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, encompassing inventory management, customer service, and team leadership
• Supporting the daily operations of a retail store or food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding customer satisfaction
• Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to promote business growth
• Collaborating with cross-departmental teams, including purchasing and logistics, to facilitate seamless operations
• Spotting opportunities for process enhancements and providing suggestions to upper management
• Taking an active role in mentoring and training junior staff, helping to cultivate a positive and cooperative workplace culture
