M365 TENANT TO TENANT MIGARTION ARCHITECT REMOTE

Role :- M365 Engineer – Architect Level

Experience :- 6years to 9 years

Location:- Remote

Budget – 18 lakhs to 22 lakhs

Shift timing – 6pm to 3am (US East coast)

Project Overview:

The project focuses on a Microsoft 365 GCC to Commercial Tenant-to-Tenant Migration. We are seeking a hands-on Migration Architect who can independently plan, manage, and execute migration activities end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute migration waves, including building and running mailbox migration batches.
• Migrate OneDrive and SharePoint content.
• Recreate Microsoft Teams and groups in the target environment.
• Reapply permissions and ensure data integrity after migration completion.
• Troubleshoot migration failures and resolve technical issues independently.
• Prepare validation reports for customer review and sign-off.
• Align work with the FHLB Architect's design while taking complete ownership of day-to-day migration execution.

Must Required Skills:

Microsoft 365 Migration, Migration Strategy, Domain Cutover, Batch Migration, Exchange Migration, Office 365 Migration, Hybrid Identity, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access Policies (CAPs), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Retention Policies, and Archiving.

Important Note: We are specifically looking for a hands-on Architect with strong execution experience, rather than someone focused only on solution design or advisory responsibilities.

Please prioritize profiles with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, preferably GCC to Commercial environments.
