Required Skills and Experience

• 1-10 years of experience in a coffee shop or food service setting
• Skilled in operating coffee machines and brewing equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and a cheerful disposition
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
• Basic mathematics skills for cash handling and inventory control
• Familiarity with various coffee types and brewing techniques
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
