Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Consultant/IT Recruiter to become part of our team in India. The perfect candidate will serve as a liaison between technology and talent, assisting clients in locating the right IT professionals to fulfill their requirements. This position necessitates a blend of technical acumen and recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to grasp their IT needs and deliver customized consulting solutions.
• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions in line with client specifications.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural alignment with client organizations.
• Manage a database of candidates and monitor the recruitment process efficiently.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in technology and recruitment methodologies to offer insightful advice to clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of IT principles and technologies, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Skilled in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledgeable about job boards, social media recruitment, and networking to source candidates.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate candidate profiles and make informed hiring choices.

We are in search of an experienced IT Recruiter with significant exposure to IT Technology Hiring, Strategic Hiring, Leadership Hiring, Strategy & Consulting Hiring, GCC Hiring, and Full-Time/Permanent Recruitment.

Position Details:

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Experience: 1–5 Years in IT Recruitment

Joining: Preference for Immediate Joiners

Requirements: Personal laptop and dependable Wi-Fi/internet connection

Note: Candidates with solely C2H hiring experience will not be considered for this position.

Essential Requirements

Robust experience in IT Recruitment / Technology Hiring

Hands-on experience in Full-Time / Permanent Hiring

Experience in Strategic Hiring and Senior/Leadership Hiring

Expertise in hiring for Strategy & Consulting roles

Preference for candidates with exposure to RPO and Permanent Hiring

Experience in recruiting for IT Technology roles, particularly in areas such as:

SAP Modules

Data Analytics

Data Engineering

Data Science

Salesforce / Cloud

Oracle

AI/ML

Consulting Roles

Experience working with Enterprise Clients / Big 4 Clients will be an advantage
