Lead Engineer - II_Playwright

In the role of Lead Engineer - Playwright, you will lead the QA automation function for the project. You will apply strong technical expertise across Selenium and Java, combined with proven leadership skills, to direct a team of automation engineers. This position includes overseeing framework development, managing test execution, and ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines—while delivering high-quality results and following industry best practices.

Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and TypeScript.
• Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure they run on schedule.
• Conduct reviews and optimizations of test scripts to improve performance and reliability.
• Monitor and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics.
• Maintain compliance with QA best practices and coding standards.
• Keep pace with industry trends and introduce modern testing solutions.

Educational Qualifications: -
