Key Responsibilities:
- Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main objective will be to thoroughly understand customer challenges, identify problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and oversee their implementation, leading to client satisfaction.
- You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing insights into solution design based on your expertise to develop a comprehensive proposal.
- Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, setting up the product according to the design, facilitating conference room pilots, and addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
- You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgets while adhering to the organization's financial policies.
- Lead small-scale projects actively and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience, with a preference for certification in Callidus Cloud SAP Commissions.
- Experience with Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is also beneficial.
- Must have participated in at least one complete end-to-end implementation of Callidus Cloud Commissions.
Additional Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with a collaborative spirit.
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and knowledge of different pricing models available.
- Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions.
- Knowledge of one or two industry domains.
- Possess client-facing skills.
- Experience in project and team management.
