Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and support implementation to ensure client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing to solution design based on your areas of expertise
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, customizing the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries regarding requirements and solution design
• You will lead solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget expectations and adhere to the organization's financial guidelines
• Take the lead on small projects and actively contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP Data Services
• Proficient in managing repositories, job servers, and access servers
• Hands-on experience with CMC job monitoring and performance optimization
• Familiarity with event-based scheduling and metadata management
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and documentation
• Work collaboratively with development teams to support data integration, profiling, and metadata management efforts
• Monitor job execution, troubleshoot performance challenges, and ensure the high availability and reliability of ETL processes
• Oversee installation, configuration, repository management, job server setup, and user security administration
• Manage and administer SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) environments across development, QA, and production

Additional Responsibilities:

• Capable of developing value-driven strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance business profitability
• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems
• Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
• Possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and available pricing models
• Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technology solutions
• Knowledge in one or two industry domains
• Strong client interfacing capabilities
