Key Accounts Manager

Client Relationship Management:

Project Leadership:

• Manage the complete GWP campaign execution process, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Work collaboratively with internal creative, operations, and marketing teams to create innovative and customized solutions for clients.

Sales Growth:

• Spot new business prospects and promote additional services to current clients to enhance revenue streams.
• Formulate and execute account strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives.

Market Trends and Insights:

• Remain informed about industry trends and introduce fresh ideas to elevate client campaigns.
• Perform competitor analysis to uphold GWP Experts' leadership position within the market.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate comprehensive performance reports, assessing campaign outcomes and client satisfaction indicators.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all client information, feedback, and campaign specifics in the CRM system.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in account management, client services, or project management, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or promotions sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
