Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Java Playwright Automation Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of test automation.
• The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts utilizing Playwright and Java, along with a solid understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and software development practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and sustain automated test scripts using Playwright and Java.
• Design and improve automation frameworks for web applications.
• Conduct UI and API test automation.
• Evaluate test outcomes and document defects.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and formulate test scenarios.
• Engage in CI/CD automation and testing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Essential Skills
• Proficient programming skills in Java.
• Practical experience with Playwright automation.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Understanding of automation framework design and development.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit.
• Knowledge of API testing and RESTful services.
• Proficient with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
