AI Engineer

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an AI Engineer to create scalable LLM and NLP solutions aimed at managing high-volume customer interactions.
• This position will focus on promoting architectural best practices and fostering innovation within voice AI systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop AI-powered IVR and conversational systems utilizing Python.
• Create NLP models for text classification and clustering to enhance intent detection and optimize call routing.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL.
• Design and implement LLM workflows, including prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) evaluation for both voice and chat applications.
• Lead the development of agentic AI workflows for complex customer interactions.
• Establish LLMOps best practices, encompassing monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with teams focused on IVR platforms, speech engineering, and product development.
• Provide mentorship to junior AI engineers and offshore team members.

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python programming.
• Demonstrated expertise in NLP, including:
• o Text classification
• o Clustering
• Extensive experience in data analysis utilizing SQL.
• Practical experience with LLMs, including:
• o Prompt engineering
• o Evaluation frameworks
• o Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Desirable Qualifications:
• Familiarity with agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience in LLMOps and MLOps within production environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with the following libraries and tools:
• Python ML, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost
• NLP technologies such as spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, and Sentence Transformers
• LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI SDK
• Agentic AI tools (preferred) such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI
• Data management with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and SQLAlchemy
• Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant
• Familiarity with LLMOps and MLOps (preferred) tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, BentoML, and Airflow
