IT&DATA Product Analyst I2C

Job Overview:

• Identify and comprehend the needs of end users and the business, assisting the Product Owner in shaping and executing the vision for the Invoice to Cash SaaS solutions, specifically focusing on Esker HighRadius and BlackLine within the Accounts Receivable domain.
• This position involves converting business requirements into precise product specifications, enhancing backlog quality and ensuring delivery readiness, while contributing to product value, operational reliability, continuous enhancement, and the preservation of essential functional knowledge within the Product Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fundamental duties
• Partner with the Product Owner and Financial stakeholders to collect, clarify, and prioritize Invoice to Cash business requirements in alignment with the product vision and roadmap.
• Examine I2C processes for pain points, data, and functional dependencies, translating these into well-defined requirements, user stories, process documentation, and product artifacts.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of the backlog, ensuring the inclusion of clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate suggested solutions and assess their impact on processes, data, controls, integrations, and user interactions.
• Operational delivery responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology vendors during the design, development, testing, and release phases.
• Facilitate business validation, clarify defects, and ensure readiness for release.
• Identify functional risks, dependencies, and constraints, support mitigation efforts, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Utilize product data, operational insights, and user feedback to propose enhancements aimed at improving effectiveness, adoption, reliability, and overall value.
• Maintain and disseminate I2C product and process documentation to ensure retention of critical knowledge within the organization.
• Stakeholder engagement responsibilities
• Assist the Product Owner in effectively communicating business needs and product decisions to end users, Finance stakeholders, Product Team members, Chapter colleagues, and delivery partners.
• Lead working sessions and collaborate across Finance products when requirements or solutions have inter-product implications.
• Establish productive working relationships with AMS teams, technology providers, and other external partners while ensuring accountability and knowledge retention within the Product Team.

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential
• In-depth understanding of Invoice to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, collections, credit management, and period-end controls.
• Hands-on experience with Invoice to Cash or Accounts Receivable processes in a business, functional, or IT product context.
• Familiarity with Esker HighRadius or BlackLine is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in converting business needs into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Proficient in backlog refinement, testing, release preparation, and change management.
• Ability to analyze processes, data, incidents, and user feedback to identify root causes, dependencies, and potential improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across Finance, IT, and external delivery teams.
• Structured problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ownership, and the capacity for constructive challenge.
• Desirable
• Familiarity with one or more I2C SaaS platforms such as Esker HighRadius or BlackLine, including associated interfaces and data flows.
• Experience in a global or multi-country setting and with harmonized or core model processes.
