Director - Program & Project Management

About the Role: Step into the role of Director - Program & Project Management at LTM and lead transformative, high-impact initiatives. In this position, you will manage enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and operational excellence—helping both clients and internal teams deliver exceptional, sustainable results.

Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

• Lead large-scale, high-risk engagements spanning multiple workstreams to maintain strategic alignment and support future account growth.
• Advance transformation execution thought leadership during periods of uncertainty or disagreement to drive customer success and strengthen organizational brand value.
• Build strong governance, ensure stakeholder alignment, implement quality checks, and define project structure to deliver comprehensive oversight with full accountability.
• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including timelines, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials, in partnership with cross-geo and partner teams.
• Coach junior engagement managers, senior project leaders, and delivery teams to cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture across complex programs.
• Use the Apply Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance to enable smooth delivery, ensuring deliverables align with customer objectives and long-term success.
• Detect gaps between actual performance and plans of record, recommend strategic solutions, and drive prompt resolution.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring):

Must-Have:

• Proven ability to manage complex project financials, deliver rigorous project governance, and execute comprehensive project planning across enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong expertise integrating AI-powered tools and automated workflows to improve decision-making, problem-solving, and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated capability to drive resolution of complex operational issues through rigorous analysis.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, plus relevant ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
• 16-20 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, with industry domain expertise and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
• Ability to clearly communicate AI system design, ethical considerations, and platform use cases to peers and stakeholders with a high level of creativity and autonomy.
