Specialist - Industrial IoT

• Developing, maintaining, and managing master data related to Labware LIMS for both RD and QC laboratories
• Guaranteeing the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all master data records while ensuring they remain current
• Customizing data fields and workflows as needed, in coordination with developers and administrators
• Taking ownership for identifying, addressing, and resolving master data issues within the LIMS
• Providing user support and training on how to enter, manage, and review master data as required
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation covering master data management processes and all related changes
• Documenting and reporting any instances of noncompliance
• Collaborating closely with end users, the global team, and other stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback for master data management
• Ensuring that master data management practices comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Contributing to the development and testing of new LIMS features and enhancements related to master data as required
• Ensuring all master data adheres to standardized formats and naming conventions as required
• Supporting the migration of master data from legacy systems to Labware LIMS as required
• Providing master data support to the QCRD LIMS team as required
• Basic knowledge and understanding of LIMS
• Understanding of LIMS master data and the ability to accurately transcribe and transform data into the LIMS system
