Shift: Night Shifts (Rotational)

Cab Facility: Pickup and drop facility within a 25–30 KM radius.

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and driven candidates for Customer Support / Process Associate positions in Hyderabad.

Freshers and experienced candidates both are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat based on the assigned process.
2. Share correct information and deliver practical solutions to customer concerns.
3. Resolve customer issues in a professional manner within the prescribed timelines.
4. Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
5. Assess customer needs and provide suitable assistance.
6. Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions in the system.
7. Comply with company policies, process instructions, and quality standards.
8. Work with internal teams to help resolve customer issues.
9. Meet the assigned performance, productivity, and quality targets.
10. Stay available for rotational night shift schedules.
