Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused freshers for the role of Customer Support Associate for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad. The successful candidates will have strong English communication skills and a genuine drive to deliver exceptional customer support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Support international customers by addressing queries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Record and maintain accurate customer interaction details in CRM systems.
• Comply with company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Escalate complex customer cases to the concerned department as needed.
• Achieve daily performance targets and uphold quality standards.
• Use patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills to manage customer concerns.
