Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion.
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and ensure successful implementation, leading to enhanced client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing insights for solution design based on your areas of expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will deliver solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget expectations while adhering to the organization’s financial guidelines.
• Take the lead on smaller projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills required include Domain Retail, Vendor Managed Inventory, Food & Beverages, Technology Infrastructure, and Infrastructure Testing across all areas.
