We are hiring an experienced Team Lead for our Automobile division in India. The successful candidate will bring a solid background in the automobile industry and demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a team of automobile professionals to meet project objectives.
• Create and execute strategies that support product development and design enhancements.
• Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulations across all projects.
• Run regular team meetings to review project status and resolve emerging issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and overall performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in the automobile industry, ideally in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong communication skills and proven team management ability.
