Cognos TM1

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced IBM Planning Analytics TM1 Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using IBM Planning Analytics Cognos TM1
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in TM1 development, performance optimization, security implementation, and reporting, along with analytics that capture business requirements
• If you have two years of experience, please confirm and apply only if you have completed MCOM or CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain EPM applications using IBM Planning Analytics TM1
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
• Build and maintain TM1 models, including cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, and chore automation
• Execute advanced TM1 troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
• Design and implement TM1 security models, including user groups, application security, and object-level access controls
• Develop reporting and dashboard solutions using
• Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
• Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX)
• Planning Analytics Web (PAW Web)
• Active Forms
• Perform data integration from various source systems using TI processes
• Create prototypes and proof of concepts to quickly demonstrate business solutions
• Support application deployment, testing, user training, and production support activities
• Prepare technical documentation, support runbooks, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials
• Work with global stakeholders, business users, architects, and support teams across the SDLC lifecycle
