Associate Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure applications and network services utilizing command center tools
• Detect, triage, and escalate critical incidents following established protocols
• Facilitate bridge calls during significant incidents and outages
• Monitor incidents until resolution and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Evaluate alerts and events to reduce service interruptions
• Deliver real-time status updates to stakeholders and management teams
• Maintain logs, reports, and operational dashboards related to incidents
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams for effective issue resolution
• Assist in problem management initiatives by identifying recurring issues and patterns
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Event, and Change Management
