Sustainability Consulting

Job Overview:

• We are seeking skilled professionals to become a part of our Sustainability Practice Unit, dedicated to achieving impactful sustainability results through data analytics, reporting compliance, and decarbonization initiatives.
• The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, and the capability to create and execute innovative, technology-driven sustainability strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define sustainability solutions, pinpoint relevant offerings, and craft proposals that align with their business objectives.
• Perform industry analysis to clarify customer challenges, assess potential solutions, and suggest appropriate methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive requirements, user scenarios, and process documentation to facilitate implementation in partnership with technical teams.
• Convey business value through sustainability KPIs and lead solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops.
• Draft effort estimations that adhere to customer budgets and organizational financial criteria.
• Guide and support a team of consultants, offering expertise in sustainability, ESG reporting frameworks, and data management.

Technical Qualifications:

Additional Duties:

• Familiarity with concepts such as product carbon footprint, circular economy, life cycle assessment (LCA), sustainable manufacturing, and sustainable finance.
• Understanding of sustainability impacts across organizational operations and the entire value chain, both upstream and downstream.
• Be part of a rapidly expanding unit dedicated to sustainability analytics, compliance, and next-generation solutions utilizing AI and emerging technologies.
