Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities of an Infoscion: A glimpse into daily activities
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will involve supporting the team through various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, as well as design and deployment.
• You will investigate alternative solutions to the proposed recommendations through research, which may include literature reviews, publicly available information, and vendor evaluations.
• You will also be tasked with building Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Your role includes creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining the desired processes, and developing comprehensive functional designs that align with those requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, identifying any issues, diagnosing their root causes, seeking necessary clarifications, and pinpointing suitable solution alternatives.
• Your contributions will extend to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Core Skills: Technology Messaging and Collaboration Administration, Office 365 Technology, Mobile Device Management, Intune, and Server Virtualization with Citrix XenServer.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to uncover business challenges and enhance client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring pertinent data.
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and market trends.
• Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities along with a collaborative mindset.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
• Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
