Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Work in tandem with team members to enhance service processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities in English and local languages.
- Strong listening skills and a compassionate approach towards customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Banking Voice Process
Inbound/Outbound call handling
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification: PUC/Graduates
Open to Freshers & Experienced candidates
6 Days of Work + 1 Rotational Off
Shift Duration (9 Hours)
(Day shift available for females only)
Languages Required: English + Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam
Salary Package:
16,500TH, 20K CTC
Additional 1,800 allowance for Malayalam speakers
Bonus: Attendance bonus of 3600 paid quarterly (i.e., 1200/month)
Banking Non-Voice Process (Email Support)
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Qualification: PUC/Graduates
*Minimum of 6 months experience with valid documentation required.
Must possess high fluency in English and typing skills.
6 Days of Work + 1 Rotational Off
Shift Duration (9 Hours)
(Day shift available for females only)
Salary Package:
20TH, 25K CTC
Bonus: Attendance bonus of 3600 paid quarterly (i.e., 1200/month)
