Internship Program - Finance Accounting (Feb/March 2027 Intake)

Arvato Systems Malaysia, an international IT service solutions provider headquartered in Germany, has been at the forefront of digital transformation initiatives for organizations since 2005.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, digitally-minded individuals to join our Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP). Our goal is to offer valuable opportunities for ambitious Malaysian undergraduates to gain practical experience in digital workflows and related fields, while receiving mentorship from our experienced team members. This program aims to prepare participants for successful careers in the industry.

This internship provides a specialized pathway in Finance (Accounting).

Internship Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge and execute general accounting administrative tasks and bookkeeping activities.
• Support the team in processing purchase requisitions.
• Participate in the month-end closing procedures and assist in meeting global reporting deadlines.
• Maintain an organized filing system to ensure all documents are easily traceable and efficiently managed.
• Assist with daily administrative duties within the Finance department.
• Help prepare documentation required for audits, tax filings, and ISMS compliance.
• Contribute to other ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by department leaders.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks in line with quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders.
• Engage in company-wide initiatives and events to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship throughout the internship journey.
• Maintain an open mindset for constructive feedback and coaching.
• Represent and promote our brand positively as an intern.

Candidate Requirements:

• Malaysian citizenship.
• Currently enrolled as an Undergraduate or Postgraduate student in the final semester of a Diploma, Degree, or Master’s program in Business Studies, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong team collaboration skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
