1. UK Voice Process

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate degree
• Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
• For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year in an international voice process is required.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential.

Compensation:

• Freshers: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
• Experienced: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Hiring Process: HR Interview → VNA (Voice & Accent) → Operations Interview

VQ Requirement: 5.5

2. UK Non-Voice Process

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate degree
• Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
• For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year in an international chat process is required.
• Strong written English communication and typing skills are necessary.

Compensation:

• Freshers: ₹2.5 LPA
• Experienced: ₹3.5 LPA

Work Schedule:

• 5 working days
• 2 rotational days off
