Interface Operation Systems Engineer

Provide HR support for SAP Business Operations (Interface Operations)

Required Competencies:

- Strong understanding of information technology, particularly in SAP HCM ERP.

- Proven ability to investigate and identify the root causes of issues, with the capability to recommend solutions to resolve them.

- SQL programming skills are preferred.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel functions.

- Demonstrated planning and coordination capabilities.

- Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong team player with a responsible and conscientious approach.

- Resourceful, independent, responsive, and proactive.

Required Working Experience

- Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in information technology.

- 2 years of experience with SAP HCM ERP is preferred.

- Experience in operations support, including end-user support, troubleshooting, and testing is preferred (e.g., Application Support domain).

- Microsoft Excel experience and capability in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel is preferred.

- SQL experience and ability in SQL Query/Programming is preferred.
